3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription and Payment

ProSellerKit operates on a subscription basis with different tiers based on order volume:

• All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing users

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy:

• We securely store your Walmart marketplace credentials

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• You may export your data for 30 days
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy
• Outstanding fees remain payable

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
